4. Cost breakdown for regular workshop or business activities

Let’s breakdown the cost for regular workshop or other business activities with 20 people and 9 hours of rent Venue as below:

1. Painting Room Venue: 3,000,000 VND / full day
2. Non mandatory Freeflow of coffee/tea/water free-flow: 25,000/pax: 500,000 VND
3. Non mandatory Teabreak: 75,000/pax (cake, juices): 1,500,000 VND
4. Lunch Mandatory: 250,000 VND/pax (7 courses): 5,000,000 VND
5. Free of charges for tivi, or fee of projectors + screens: 500,000 vnd/day
=> Total bill: 10,500,000 vnd / 20 pax / 9 hours/ day = 525,000 VND++/pax/day.
