Medium rare: 50% cooked steak is also called medium rare. The meat needs to be grilled for 3 minutes to achieve this degree of doneness. The temperature inside the meat is from 57-65 degrees Celsius. For those who are just starting to eat steak, you can choose this level of doneness to try.
Medium: Medium beef steak is a 75% cooked steak, the meat color has almost completely turned brown, retaining only a little pink in the middle of the piece after cutting. The heat of medium beefsteak is also higher than the above types but still retains a little moisture.
Medium well: Steak is 90% cooked. The beef was covered in a dark brown color, scorched on the outside, the meat inside was fully cooked, no longer pink nor succulent.
Well done: Steak is 100% cooked. From medium well, keep the beef on the fire for another 30 seconds to 1 minute and you will get a cooked beefsteak. Not as tender as medium well but still not dry, the well done steak now has the most intense flavor.
